Day 2: Hanoi – Halong – V’Spirit Cruise (Meals: B/L/D)

You have free time to have diner before our guide pick you to the train station: Our guide picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train to Lao Cai around
7.30 – 8.00 pm. He will inform you how to do the check in procedure and keep the rest of the ticket when you check out from Lao Cai Railway Station and also will let you know how to be picked up at Lao Cai Station.
Night 3: Overnight on train to Sapa
Day 4: Sapa- Lao chai- Ta van (B/L/D)
The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at about 6:00 am. Our tour guide and bus pick up you and transfer you along the beautiful road to Sapa. After breakfast, we leave the hotel and start trekking down the valley to the Muong Hoa stream and from here to the Black H’mong village – Lao Chai village (Black H’mong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa). After that, you will continue your trekking along Muong Hoa stream, paddy field to Ta Van village, visit and understand about “Zay” ethnic people. You will see houses of The Zay people which are built of wood and bamboo with a clay floor. You will have picnic lunch at the village when enjoying beautiful sightseeing of paddy fields around. Go back to Sapa in the afternoon. Evening: after dinner, you will have time to go around discovering Sapa town evening, overnight in hotel in Sapa
Night 4: Overnight in Royal View Hotel (3 star) in Sapa town
Day 5: Sapa – Cat Cat- Sin Chai Village (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will trek about 3 km to come to visit two villages of the Black H’mong (Cat Cat and Sin Chai). Visit the waterfall and hydroelectric power station established by the French people in the past, view nice landscapes of green forests and beautiful scenery along the way. Walk back to Sapa town. Have lunch at the local restaurant.
Afternoon, you will have free time to visit Sapa town, market, church or free visit flower garden in Ham Rong mountain then Have Diner before transfer by bus to Lao Cai for overnight train back to Hanoi.
Night 5: Overnight on the train to Hanoi
Day 6: Arrive Hanoi- free and easy recheck in Hotel in Hanoi (Meals: No)

Night 6: Overnight in Angel Palace Hotel in Hanoi
Day 7: Hanoi- Hoi an- take cooking class tour (Meals: B)
Have breakfast at the hotel then free and easy. Wait until our driver come and pick you to the airport to take flight to Da Nang. Arrive Da Nang airport, pick up to hotel in Hoi An. Meet our local tour guide at lobby hotel by bicycle or by car. Our guide, who also is the chef, takes you to visit Hoi An market to buy ingredients for the cooking class. You then to ride to Tra Que village (a short 15minute cycle away.) You will be welcomed with a special local soft drink – “É” water or local tea. After your welcome, take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see local farmers at work. Begin to learn how to cook local delicacies including: Banh xeo, “tam huu” spring roll, “Tra Que” spring roll… After your cooking class, enjoy the foods cooked by yourself. By bicycle we return back to the hotel. This ends the tour.

Day 8: Full day Hoi an city & My Son Hollyland tour (Meals: B/L/)
In the morning, take a car/van from Hoi An Town to My Son Holy Land. Back to Hoi An for lunch. After the relax, it is light excursion to go around tiny town of Hoi An for city tour: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants’ house. Tour end at about 16.30 pm.
Night 8: Overnight in Vinh Hung 2 Hotel in Hoi an
Day 9: Thanh Ha Pottery Village- KimBong Carpenter Village- a half day tour (Meals: B/)
In the 16th and 17th century Thanh Ha was a thriving village. It was famous for earthenware that was sold in many provinces throughout Central Vietnam. It was the Thanh Ha villagers who made the bricks, tiles and floor slabs for the old buildings in Hoi An and the surrounding areas. The Thanh Ha potters are still working in the same way as their forefathers. With their clever and skilful hands, they turn clay into pretty flower vases, tea pots, piggy banks, wine bottles, water jars, kettles, cooking pots or lovely ornaments of birds, turtles, buffaloes, cats and ducks.
Nowadays many old buildings in Hoi An need restoring and the Thanh Ha villagers are the only contractors that can provide standardized bricks, tiles and floor slabs exactly like the ones when the old port town prospered. Kim Bong village Kim Bong village is well known for its carpentry. Most of Hoi An old town’s architecture was made by their ancestors, dating back to the town’s heyday as a commercial port. The technique of the carpenters is exceptional. Their work on the head of columns, rafters, pillars, altars, tables, chairs and beds is masterful and can be appreciated by anyone who sees it. The Kim Bong carpenters still keep their traditional skills alive. Many of them make fishing boats for fishermen all over Central Vietnam. They often restore the old buildings in town or make wooden statues and traditional furniture to be sold and export.
08.00: Our local guide will meet you, walk through the old streets and then embark on a boat from the bank of the Thu Bon River. Enjoy the beauty of ancient Hoi An from the river. Continue to Thanh Ha pottery village; discover the daily life of the villagers. View the various stages of producing the many kinds of pottery products like: jar, vase, pot, earthen pot, decorative lamps and so on. Continue to visit Kim Bong carpenters’ village, listen to the village’s history and visit the shipbuilding yards, and see the handicrafts and sculptures. Return to Hoi An Travel where your tour ends.

Day 11: Ho chi minh city tour full day (Meals: B/L)
– In the morning, we start the trip by heading to China Town & visit Binh Tay Market, stopover at Thien Hau, a 150 year old Chinese Temple. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant ( enjoy Pho – Vietnamese noodle soup or Banh Xeo – Vietnamese pancake )
– In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace, followed by exploring Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office & XQ embroidery workshop. End the trip with a visit to Ben Thanh Market, time for shopping.
Night 11: Overnight in Hoang Hai Long hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Day 12: Cu Chi tunnel- Cao Dai temple (Meals: B/L)
HCM – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi – HCM ( start 8.00 – return 18.00 )
The Great Holy See Temple, built in 1926, is considered one of the most striking structures in all of South-East Asia. It is the headquarters of the unique Cao Dai sect, a religion with a hybrid of Buddhism, Christianity & Confucianism. Above the entrance is the all-seeing holy eye – symbol of the sect. Visitors will attend the midday ceremony’s extravaganza to witness the daily mass held by the Cao Dai followers which is a fantastic experience. After lunch, proceed to Cu Chi to explore the amazing site where Viet Cong hid during the War. It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a “Free Target Zone”. Visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food in war time). Return to SaiGon.
Night 12: Overnight in Hoang Hai Long hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Day 13: Mekong Delta full day tour (Meals: B/L)
HCM – My Tho – Ben Tre – HCM ( start 8.00 – return 17.00 )
Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.
On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.
